1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the ReWild Co. LLC website or purchasing any of our programs, courses, retreats or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our website or services.
2. Our Services
ReWild Co. LLC offers somatic group coaching programs, online courses, breathwork facilitation, wellness education, and related digital and in-person offerings. Our current flagship offering is Wildly Well Woman, a six-month somatic group coaching program.
The content and services we offer are intended for educational, coaching, and wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or mental health care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
3. Purchases and Payments
All purchases made through our website are processed by Square. By completing a purchase, you agree to Square's Terms of Service and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the agreed amount.
Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Payment plans, where offered, require the full payment schedule to be completed regardless of program participation. By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to all installment charges as scheduled. No refunds are offered regardless of completion of program.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital programs and the preparation involved in group coaching containers, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us at amyeeoen@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase date and we will do our best to work with you.
ReWild Co. LLC reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion.
5. Program Participation
By enrolling in any ReWild Co. LLC program, you agree to participate in good faith, take responsibility for your own experience and outcomes, and honor the confidentiality of other participants in group containers.
ReWild Co. LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from a program at any time for behavior that is harmful, disruptive, or not in alignment with the values and agreements of the container. In such cases, refunds will be issued at our discretion.
6. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
ReWild Co. LLC and any of it’s practitioners are not licensed therapists, psychologists, or medical doctors.
ReWild Co. LLC does not operate under any nursing or medical license
Services provided are not nursing practice and do not constitute the practice of medicine or nursing under Alaska state law
Any practitioners, facilitators, or collaborators working within ReWild Co. LLC are not doing so under any nursing or medical license, regardless of their individual credentials
Clients are not patients, and the relationship is a coaching and wellness relationship, not a clinical or nurse-patient relationship
Nothing within ReWild Co. LLC's programs, content, or services should be interpreted as nursing care, medical advice, or clinical intervention
Somatic practices and breathwork can bring up strong physical or emotional responses. By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after sessions, and that you will seek appropriate professional support if needed.
If you have a history of trauma, heart or respiratory conditions, pregnancy, epilepsy, or other medical conditions, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating in breathwork or somatic practices.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the ReWild Co. LLC website and within our programs, including written content, audio, video, worksheets, and materials, is the intellectual property of ReWild Co. LLC and Amyee Oen unless otherwise noted.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Personal use within your enrolled program is permitted.
8. Email Communications
By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive marketing and educational emails from ReWild Co. LLC. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email. We will not share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReWild Co. LLC and Amyee Oen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, programs, or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
